About these terms

These terms apply when you use pawscription.com.sg or buy from Pawscription ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them, together with our Subscription, Shipping, Refund and Privacy policies.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD).
We may change prices, products and promotions at any time. Your order is charged at the price shown at checkout.
If an item is out of stock or priced incorrectly after you order, we'll contact you to offer a swap or a refund for that item.
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund what you paid.

Subscriptions

Subscription boxes renew automatically every 4, 8 or 12 weeks until you cancel. Billing, changes, pausing and cancelling are explained in our Subscription policy.

Discounts and reward points

Discount codes can't be exchanged for cash and may not combine with other offers unless stated.
Reward points have no cash value and can't be transferred. We may change or end the rewards programme with notice on this website.

Product information

We describe products using information from their brands and packaging. Always check the label and follow feeding guidelines, and ask your vet if your pet has a health condition or special diet.

Liability

To the extent allowed by Singapore law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Singapore consumer protection law.
