How it works

Take the 30-second pet quiz. Tell us if it's a dog or cat, their age and what you'd like the box to focus on. No sign-up needed.
Review your box. We suggest the food, treats and essentials. Swap anything, change quantities or add more. Got a dog and a cat? Add both pets' items to the same box.
Check out. Boxes start at $50. Your first subscription order is 10% off, with an extra spend bonus on bigger boxes (see the table below).
We deliver it to your door. Our own team or a trusted courier brings your box, and anything damaged is replaced free. Delivery on every box is free.
Adjust before each delivery. Too much of something? Swap it out, or add, remove and change items, up to 5 days before each delivery. That's when your next box is locked in and charged.

Subscriber savings

What do I save on my first box?

Your first subscription order gets 10% off. On top of that, bigger boxes unlock a spend bonus. The bonus is worked out on your box total after the 10% comes off.

What about my boxes after the first one?

From your 2nd delivery, items are at our regular prices. You still get free delivery on every box, reward points on what you spend, and first claim on stock (see below).

How do reward points work?

You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend, on every subscription box and ala carte order. Points are added once your order is delivered. Every 100 points gets you $3 off any ala carte order, such as a top-up between boxes. Bonus: create your account when you place your first order and we add 50 bonus points ($1.50) straight away.

Refer a friend: share your referral link from the rewards panel. When your friend places their first order, you each get 200 points ($6 off).

To see and use your points, sign in with the email you checked out with. No password needed: we email you a 6-digit code. Points are saved to that email even if you checked out as a guest.

What is the SUBSCRIBER code?

Once you have an active subscription, use code SUBSCRIBER at checkout on any ala carte order for free delivery, with no minimum spend. Handy when you run low on something between boxes.

Your box

What can go in a box?

Dry food, wet food, toppers, treats, dental chews, litter, supplements and grooming essentials from all the brands we stock. The quiz suggests a starting box and you can change anything.

Is there a minimum box size?

Yes, boxes start at $50 (before discounts), and each box needs to stay at $50 or more for free delivery. If you remove items and your box drops below $50, we'll get in touch to help you top it up. Ala carte top-ups between boxes have no minimum if you use the SUBSCRIBER code.

I have a dog and a cat. Do I need two subscriptions?

No. Build your box for one pet, then tap Add cat items (or Add dog items) to put the other pet's food in the same box. One delivery, one bill, and everything counts toward your spend bonus.

How often can I get a box?

Every 4, 8 or 12 weeks. You choose when you build your box.

Can I change what's in my box?

Yes. Before your first order you can change anything in the box builder. After that, you can swap items out, add or remove items and change quantities, up to 5 days before each delivery. After that your box is locked in and charged.

Can I pause, skip or cancel?

You can cancel anytime: there's no lock-in and no cancellation fee. Open My subscription in your account (or use the link in any subscription email), or message us on WhatsApp or through our contact page.

Skipping a single delivery isn't available. If you still have plenty of something, swap it out for something else before your next box is charged. Need a longer break? Pause your subscription in My subscription and reactivate it when you're ready.

What if something in my box is out of stock?

Subscribers get first claim on stock: we reserve your items ahead of each delivery. If a supplier can't deliver (it occasionally happens with some brands), we'll tell you before your box is charged and help you swap to something your pet will enjoy.

Where do you deliver?

Anywhere in Singapore, by our own team or a trusted local courier.

How much is delivery?

Free for every subscription box. Ala carte orders get free delivery from $50. Below $50, standard delivery is $15, or free with code SUBSCRIBER if you're a subscriber. Need it fast? Express (same or next day) is $25. You can also self pick-up from our Sims Drive warehouse by appointment.

When will my box arrive?

Your first box ships within 3 to 5 working days of checkout. After that, every box is charged on a Thursday and delivered the following Tuesday. We never deliver on weekends. You'll get a reminder email 3 days before each charge.
