Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in Singapore, by our own team or a trusted local courier. We don't ship outside Singapore.

Delivery charges

• Subscription boxes: free delivery on every box.
• Ala carte orders of $50 and above: free standard delivery.
• Ala carte orders below $50: $15 standard delivery, or free with code SUBSCRIBER if you have an active subscription.
• Express (same or next day): $25.
• Self pick-up: free, from our Sims Drive warehouse by appointment. Message us on WhatsApp to book.

Delivery times

• Ala carte orders and first subscription boxes ship within 3 to 5 working days.
• Subscription boxes after the first are charged on a Thursday and delivered the following Tuesday.
• We don't deliver on weekends or public holidays.

Damaged, missing or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged, is missing or isn't what you ordered, WhatsApp us a photo and your order number and we'll replace it free.
